Because our products consist of raw ingredients and some natural preservatives our products shelf life is up to 12 months. 

Serene skincare by Sybil Jay makes products that encourage nourishment through our raw ingredients. Though our products have helped with many skin conditions such as eczema or other skin irritations, our products are not intended to prevent, cure, treat or diagnose  any type of disease or health conditions

We create all of our products in Brooklyn,NY. We create our in-house handmade products in small batches to ensure quality of our products.

Yes, our products are great for the Kiddo’s. Even though our fragrances are vegan we recommended starting off with our “Naked” body butter. This particular product is free from any fragrance. Still, as with all our products, we recommend doing a patch test to rule out any irritations. In the near future we plan on  releasing a dedicated collection for our Serene Kiddos.

Don’t worry, just place the the body butter in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and the body butter will solidify. Rest assured the nourishing benefits remains the same.

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) of placing your order.

Due to the nature of our products being 100% natural we do not keep a large amount of inventory on hand because we want to ensure that products arrive  in perfect condition for our customers.

In most cases, orders are delivered 3-5 days after shipping. Thank you for your patience as we do our best to work through this.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, please email us immediately to make sure your order has been received. Please include name, address and a general idea of items ordered.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please email us immediately. We will do our best to  update your order & change the address. If we are unable to do so , we do not take responsibility for shipping to an incorrect address.

In the unfortunate event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please send us an email within 48 HOURS after your order has been received. We will work together to file a claim with the carrier and determine whether or not new products need to be shipped.

In the unfortunate event that your order tracking number has been marked delivered but has not been recieved, please send us an email within 48 HOURS of this issue. We will work together to file a claim with the carrier.

Due to the sanitary aspect of our products we do not accept returns.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

If you are local within the five boroughs of NYC( Brooklyn,Queens,Bronx, Manhattan & Staten Island) and would love to pickup your order instead of paying and waiting on shipping, you may select the pick-up option during checkout. Once your order is confirmed and fulfilled, you will receive an email from us to schedule a pick up date/time.Please keep in mind this is a free pick up option NOT free delivery. You will be responsible for coming to the location provided at the time you were confirmed.
